Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all bp9c members before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include:

• MyKad (front and back) or a valid Malaysian passport
• A selfie holding your identification document
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the past 3 months)
• Your bank account name must match your bp9c registered name

Providing inaccurate information or submitting falsified documents is a serious violation that will result in account closure and the freezing of all existing balances without compensation.

4Deposits & Payments

Bp9c accepts deposits in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) only, via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 per transaction
• Processing fee: No additional charges from bp9c
• Processing time: DuitNow and eWallet deposits are credited in under 60 seconds; FPX and bank transfers may take up to 5 minutes
• Currency: All deposits must be in MYR; foreign currency transactions are not accepted

Bp9c reserves the right to refuse or hold any deposit suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or illegal funding sources. In such cases, bp9c reserves the right to freeze the relevant account while conducting an internal investigation.

5Withdrawal of Wins

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and will be processed in order of receipt:

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction
• Processing time: Average 30 minutes for DuitNow and eWallet methods; up to 1 hour for bank transfers
• Withdrawal fee: No charges from bp9c
• KYC required: The first withdrawal requires completed and approved KYC verification
• Recipient name: The receiving bank account or eWallet must match the name registered on your bp9c account

Bp9c reserves the right to suspend withdrawal requests that require additional security review, particularly for large amounts or unusual wagering patterns. Members will be notified of their withdrawal status via in-account notifications.

6Bonuses & Promotions
